• Postings are permitted only by NACTT Academy Members in good standing, who must be logged into the NACTT Academy web site in order to post a Comment or Reply to a Comment. Each post will appear under the Member's full name as listed in NACTT Academy Member Account records. A Member may include additional contact information such as a telephone number or email address with any content posted, but doing so is not required.
• The Member must have the full and unrestricted right to publicize and disclose any information contained in any posting by that Member, and the posting must not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any other person or entity. It is solely the Member's responsibility to ensure both of the above. By accepting a posting through its automated web systems, the NACTT Academy makes no representation as to either requirement.
• No posting may contain material that in any way personally attacks, belittles, harasses or is inappropriately disrespectful or discourteous to other NACTT Academy Members or any other person. Posted content also may not consist of advertising, promotional information, commercial email or other solicitation, nor may it include any computer software or code that could interrupt any other person's use of the NACTT Academy Member Exchange, web site, or other resources.
• Once posted, all content becomes the property of the NACTT Academy and may be used, without limitation or compensation of any kind, in any manner by the NACTT Academy, including, but not limited to, promotional purposes and the compilation of informational and educational products and resources.
• While the NACTT Academy welcomes and encourages the sharing of all useful information and resources, the posting of active Internet links or the inclusion of multimedia is not permitted within the text of NACTT Academy Member Exchange postings. Please simply list the Internet address of any helpful or useful information to which you wish to refer other members.
• When posting Comments and Replies, please help keep our Member Exchange discussions organized and relevant by staying on topic for Comment Replies or starting a new topic with a new Comment.
• The NACTT Academy reserves the right to modify or remove at any time any content posted to the NACTT Academy Member Exchange that the NACTT Academy finds inappropriate for any reason. Any NACTT Academy Member may also report content believed to be inappropriate to Moderator@ConsiderChapter13.org.
• Modifications and additions to these Rules will be made from time to time by the NACTT Academy as the NACTT Academy Member Exchange evolves and new functionality and Member Services are added. Upon publication and notice by the NACTT Academy through its web site, all such modifications and additions to these Rules will be binding upon all Members participating in the NACTT Academy Member Exchange following the date of such notice and publication.
