Mr. Kilpatrick is Board Certified – Consumer Bankruptcy Law – American Bankruptcy Board of Certification. Mr. Kilpatrick is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the American College of Bankruptcy; the Counsel of Certified Bankruptcy Specialists; and is Past President (2001) of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Kilpatrick was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Bankruptcy, March 1999; appointed to the Board of Directors in July 2001.
